● Information we actively collect: When you register, log in, and use the services we provide, as well as when handling customer complaints, inquiries, or disputes, we will collect relevant information sent to us by the computers, mobile phones, and other access devices you use, collect information you authorize us to obtain, and record relevant information about the computers, mobile phones, and other access devices you use.
● Information we obtain from other sources: Subject to your consent, we may also obtain your relevant information from Xinglin's related companies, partners, and third-party institutions that legally retain your information.

You authorize us to collect and use your personal information in the following scenarios:
As an artificial intelligence software, MOYO offers various functions, and to realize these functions or for you to use them, it is necessary to collect or use your personal information. Since the collection of personal information is a prerequisite for the realization of these business functions and the improvement of your user experience, if you do not provide the information, we will not be able to provide you with the corresponding functions and/or services. These functions include:
- Registration/Login
When you register an account, you are required to provide your real mobile phone number and the verification code received via SMS.
- Real-name Authentication
The target user group of our service is adults. To guide users to scientifically and rationally understand and use the generative artificial intelligence technology related to this software in accordance with the law, and to fulfill the relevant obligations of service providers stipulated in the "Interim Measures for the Administration of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services," and to prevent minors from becoming overly dependent on or addicted to generative artificial intelligence services, when you are identified by the platform's strategy as a suspected minor user, you are required to complete real-name authentication.
Through the real-name authentication method provided by MOYO, you need to provide us with your real name and ID number. You agree and authorize us to provide, query, and verify the aforementioned identity information to relevant real-name authentication institutions (relevant competent authorities, public security departments, or their entrusted/cooperating institutions, third-party institutions with certification qualifications). Without your express consent or as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will not use your real-name authentication information for any other purpose. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to use the relevant products and/or services.
- Dialogue Interaction
After you connect to your artificial intelligence entity, you can interact with it through dialogue.
We will analyze and calculate the text information you input in order to provide you with suitable output content in the context of the conversation. We will also improve our service quality based on your feedback, such as likes, reports, and re-inputs.
We strongly recommend and request that you do not input your personal information or that of others during the use of our services. This is because non-registration type personal information is not information we must collect, nor is it the basis for our service establishment. If it is necessary to input such information, please ensure you have obtained the legal authorization from the relevant individuals. Since the large model technology mechanism involves collecting the information you input and related feedback for model training to enhance our service effectiveness, we will process it with security encryption technology in accordance with national laws and regulations and de-identify any personal information to avoid threats to your personal information security. Please rest assured that we will not link or establish any association between your dialogues and your registered personal information. We will also enhance our service filtering mechanism to filter out, delete, and not retain any dialogue content that may contain your personal information, especially sensitive personal information.
If you inadvertently provide your personal information to us and are concerned about potential security risks, you can contact us through our contact channels. We will conduct investigations, deletions, and de-identification on the server side. However, the costs associated with such work (such as labor costs) may be allocated fairly and reasonably. However, if losses occur due to inherent technical defects, we will claim the right to exemption.
- Achievement System
During your interaction with the artificial intelligence entity, you may trigger the "Achievement" function. By completing certain operations, you can obtain specific "Achievements." We will record and save your achievement history and send this information to our cloud server for processing, so that we can further understand your preferences and behavioral patterns.
- Customer Service Function
When you contact us, we will require you to provide and use your mobile phone number, MOYO account information, and usage information. To ensure the security of your account, we will use your mobile phone number and MOYO account information to verify your identity when providing customer service. When you need us to provide customer service related to your usage information, we will query your usage information. If you refuse to provide this information, you will not be able to use this function.
- Functions Necessary for Ensuring Service Security
Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). During the operation of the application, it is necessary to collect your device's unique identification code (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) to provide statistical analysis services. We also analyze application startup data and error logs to improve performance and user experience and provide better services to users. For more details, please visit the DCloud User Service Terms. To ensure the stability and security of the system when you use our software, to protect your service experience and legal rights and interests, to maintain the normal operation of the software and services, to prevent your personal information from being illegally obtained, and to more accurately prevent fraud and protect account security, we need to collect the following information:
(1) To ensure the stable and secure operation of the software and services, as well as the quality and efficiency of operations, we will collect your hardware and device model, operating system version number, device identifier (for Android, such as IMEI/MEID, AndroidID, OAID, IMSI, SIM card information (e.g., ICCID), GAID, hardware serial number (SN); different identifiers may vary in terms of validity period, whether they can be reset by users, and the way they are obtained), network device hardware address (device MAC address), login information (mobile phone number, SMS verification code), etc., to assess the risk of your account. We may also record some URLs that we consider to be risky.
(2) To ensure the quality and efficiency of operations, we will collect information on software lists or running processes, overall application operation, usage frequency, application crash situations, overall installation and usage, performance data, and application sources.
(3) We will also collect device information for analyzing system issues, statistical traffic, and identifying potential risks. When you choose to send us abnormal information, we will use it for troubleshooting.
If you do not provide the above information, we will not be able to protect your service and account security during your use of our services.
- Improving Services
(1) To improve our services and software, we will collect your usage information, personal device information, page click frequency, and page dwell time. We may combine the aforementioned de-identified personal information from various services for data analysis to count user numbers, analyze software usage status, identify and resolve software faults, and conduct internal audits, data analysis, and research as well as third-party SDK statistical services to continuously improve our software and provide you with better software functions and services;
(2) For the information we collect from your usage devices, we may associate them to provide services on these devices. We may also combine information from one service with information from other services to provide you with services.
- Establishing Account Systems
To establish account systems, we need to collect your Android_ID to provide you with the most basic services.
- Scenarios in Which You Authorize Us to Call Device Permissions When Using MOYO Software:
During the use of the software, to use the avatar you specify, we may request authorization to call network information and photo album permissions to enable interactive functions;
During the use of the software, to encourage social sharing functions and provide a better user invitation experience, we may request authorization to call clipboard permissions to enable interactive and sharing functions;
The scenarios in which we may need to call device permissions will prompt you separately for the first time whether to enable them. Please note that by enabling these permissions, you authorize us to collect and use this personal information to achieve the aforementioned functions. By disabling the permissions, you revoke these authorizations, and we will no longer continue to collect your personal information and will not be able to provide you with the functions corresponding to these authorizations. Your decision to disable permissions will not affect the processing of personal information previously authorized by you.
- Personalized Recommendations:
(1) To provide you with more convenient, relevant, and personalized input and output content, artificial intelligence entities, platform content, commercial information, etc., and to provide services that better meet your personalized needs, we will offer personalized recommendation services.
(2) To provide the aforementioned personalized services, we may collect and use the input information (including dialogue content and search text) you provide when using the product, behavioral information (including records of clicks, searches, browsing, sharing, and other operations when you visit/use the product), device information, and other information legally provided by other cooperating parties. The system will automatically analyze and calculate the above information, predict your preference characteristics, and provide you with personalized recommended content and services based on the results.
(3) You fully understand that in the following scenarios, we do not need to obtain your authorization to collect and use personal information:
- Directly related to national security and defense security;
- Directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests;
- Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment enforcement;
- Necessary to maintain the life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or others when it is difficult to obtain your consent;
- The personal information collected is voluntarily disclosed by the personal information subject to the public;
- Collected from legally disclosed information;
- Necessary to sign and perform a contract at your request;
- Necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the software, such as discovering and dealing with service failures;
- Necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistics or academic research for public interest, and when providing the results of the research or description, the personal information contained in the results is de-identified;
- Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
(4) Scenarios in Which We Obtain Your Personal Information from Third Parties
We may obtain your authorized shared account information from third parties and, after you agree to this privacy policy, log in and use our software directly through a third-party account. We will use your personal information in accordance with the agreement with the third party, confirm the legality of the source of the personal information, and use it in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
(5) Other Uses of Your Personal Information
- We may use personal information that has been de-identified through technical means. After de-identification, the information will no longer be able to identify the subject. Please understand and agree that in this case, we have the right to use the de-identified information; without revealing your personal information, we have the right to analyze the user database and use it for commercial purposes.
- We may conduct statistics on the use of our software and may share these statistical information with the public or third parties to demonstrate the overall usage trends of our software. However, these statistical information will not contain any identity-identifying information about you.
- When we display your personal information, we will use methods such as content replacement and anonymization to desensitize your information to protect your information security.
- When we want to use your personal information for purposes not stated in this policy, or use the information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will obtain your consent in advance. Please understand that the software we provide will continue to be updated and changed. If you choose to use other functions not listed in this privacy policy, before we collect your personal information, we will explain in detail the purpose, method, and scope of information collection through business agreements or page prompts and obtain your explicit consent. If you do not agree to provide the aforementioned information, you may not be able to use that service, but it will not affect your use of other services.

- We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual outside of Xinglin Technology, except in the following cases:

(3) Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, to protect the interests, property, or safety of MOYO, MOYO's related companies, you, or other users of MOYO software or the public from damage;
(4) Only by sharing your information can we achieve the core functions of our software or provide you with the services you need, such as transmitting your information to our cloud server for processing by our cloud service provider to enable the interaction functions between you and the artificial intelligence entities you create;
(5) At your request to handle disputes or controversies between you and others;
(6) In accordance with the relevant agreements signed with you (including electronic agreements signed online and corresponding software rules) or other legal documents;
(7) For the use of social public interests in accordance with the law.
- We may share your personal information with our related companies. However, we will only share the necessary personal information and will be bound by the purposes declared in this privacy policy. If our related companies want to change the purpose of processing personal information, they will seek your authorization again.
- We may share your personal information with partners and other third parties to ensure the realization of software functions, including registration and login, dialogue interaction, artificial intelligence entity WeChat binding, etc. You hereby confirm that you wish to obtain the aforementioned services (including but not limited to transmitting your dialogue content to our cloud server for processing by our cloud service provider). However, we will only share the personal information necessary for the provision of services for legitimate, proper, necessary, specific, and clear purposes. The third-party partners have no right to use the shared personal information for any other purpose.
- For the companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share personal information, we will enter into strict confidentiality agreements with them, requiring them to handle personal information in accordance with our agreements and the confidentiality and security measures required by this privacy policy.
(2) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following cases:
- With your explicit consent or authorization in advance;
- As required by applicable laws and regulations, legal procedures, or mandatory administrative or regulatory authorities, administrative agencies, judicial authorities, or other competent authorities;
- In accordance with the relevant agreements signed with you (including electronic agreements signed online and corresponding software rules) or other legal documents;

Otherwise, we will require that company or organization to seek your authorization again.
(3) Disclosure
We will only publicly disclose your personal information in the following cases, and we will take security protection measures in line with industry standards:
- In the way you explicitly agree to, we will disclose the personal information you specify;

We will adopt security protection measures in line with industry standards and security technologies within the industry to prevent your personal information from being accessed, modified, leaked, damaged, or lost without authorization:
(1) We use encryption technology to encrypt and store your personal information and set strict data access permissions to ensure the security of your personal information.
(2) We regularly hire security experts to provide training for technical personnel and set up corresponding security experts within the technical department to check the security of the system.
- Security Incident Response
(1) In the event of a personal information security incident, we will inform you in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations about the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the measures we have taken or will take to deal with it, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. We will also inform you of the relevant situation in a timely manner through email, letters, phone calls, push notifications, and other means. If it is difficult to inform each personal information subject individually, we will take reasonable and effective ways to issue announcements. At the same time, we will also report the handling of the personal information security incident to the regulatory authorities in accordance with the requirements.
(2) Despite the technical security measures we have taken, please understand that in the Internet industry, due to the limitations of technology and the rapid development of technology, as well as the possible existence of various malicious attack methods, even if we do our best to strengthen security measures, it is not possible to always ensure the one hundred percent security of information. Please understand that the system and communication network you use when using our software may have security issues due to other factors beyond our control. If you find that your personal information has been leaked, especially if your account or password has been compromised, you should immediately contact us through the contact methods stipulated in Article IX below so that we can take corresponding measures.
(2) Preservation of Your Personal Information
- We will store the personal information collected within the territory of the People's Republic of China within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
- We promise that, in general, we will only retain your personal information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purpose, unless in the following cases where we have the right to change the storage period of your personal information as required by laws and regulations.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information
Except as stipulated by laws and regulations, if you need to access or correct the personal information generated during the use of our software, please contact us at any time. We will respond to your request in the manner and within the time limit stipulated in this privacy policy.
However, you acknowledge and agree that we are unable to provide you with access to or correction of some of your personal information. This information is collected to ensure service security and to meet the mandatory requirements of relevant laws and regulations. We will use this information within the scope of your authorization in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, and you will not be able to change or delete it independently.
Deleting Your Personal Information
You may request us to delete your personal information in the following circumstances:
(1) If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
(2) If we collect and use your personal information without obtaining your consent;
(3) If our processing of personal information violates the agreement with you;
(4) If you no longer use our products or services, or if you have canceled your MOYO account;
(5) If we terminate services and operations.
After receiving your deletion request, we will handle it in accordance with you and the requirements of relevant laws and regulations and provide you with feedback on the results. We will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or these entities have obtained your independent authorization. When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from our backup systems, but we will delete this information when updating the backup.
Changing the Scope of Your Authorization or Withdrawing Your Consent
You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting personal information or withdraw your consent by turning off device functions, contacting us through the methods stipulated in Article IX below, and other ways. You can also contact us through the methods stipulated in Article IX below to withdraw our authorization to continue collecting all your personal information.
Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. When you withdraw consent or authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, nor will we process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the personal information processing that has been carried out based on your previous authorization.
Cancellation
You can contact us through the contact methods listed in Article IX below to apply for the cancellation of your account or the specific MOYO service you have applied for. After verifying your cancellation information and the performance of the software you are using and other specific details, we will handle your account cancellation application.
Responding to Your Requests
To ensure security, we may need you to provide written materials or other ways to prove your identity. We will respond to your request within fifteen working days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity.
For your reasonable requests, we will generally not charge any fees. However, for repeated requests that exceed a reasonable limit, we will charge a certain cost fee depending on the situation.
For requests that are baseless, require too many technical means, pose a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very unrealistic, we may refuse.
However, you acknowledge and agree that in the following circumstances, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, we will not be able to respond to your request:
(1) Related to national security and defense security;
(2) Related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests;
(3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, and trial;
(4) There is sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
(5) Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations.
- We place great emphasis on the protection of minors' personal information. Our software is mainly aimed at adults and is generally not open to minors under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years old, you should obtain the special consent of your legal guardian and send us a notice by email before using our software. We will protect minors' personal information in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations.
- For the collection of minors' personal information with the consent of the legal guardian, we will only use or publicly disclose this information under circumstances permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the guardian, or when necessary to protect minors.
- If your legal guardian does not agree to you providing your personal information to us in accordance with this privacy policy, please notify us immediately so that we can process your information.

VII. Third-Party Service Statement
Our software may contain third-party SDKs or other similar applications. If you use services provided by third parties in our software, you agree that they will directly collect and process your information (for example, in the form of embedded code or plug-ins). The device information typically collected by third-party SDKs includes: SDK or API version, platform, timestamp, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, iOS vendor identifier (IDFV), iOS advertising identifier (IDFA), Android advertising identifier, network card (MAC) address, international mobile equipment identification (IMEI), device model, terminal manufacturer, terminal device operating system version, session start/stop time, language location, mobile network/country code, time zone, and network status (WiFi, etc.), hard disk, CPU, and battery usage conditions, etc. We do not collect or store any personal information you submit on other third-party service pages.
